Rescheduling of booking is not permitted if users do not show up or arrive late for the scheduled booking due to personal reasons. The booking fee for the relevant booking will be forfeited.
In case of Extreme Weather Conditions and/or Force Majeure Event (as defined below) which result in the closure of the venue, users may reschedule once for free within 2 weeks from the original booking time subject to availability. In the event rescheduling is not available within 2 weeks from the original booking time, the payment for the original booking will be refunded to the user’s credit account in the form of P coins which the user will be able to use for payment when making future bookings.
“Extreme Weather Conditions” means Typhoon Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning issued by the Hong Kong Observatory, and/or any extreme weather warning announced by the relevant government department.
“Force Majeure Event” means without limitation any unforeseeable event caused by power outage, strike, fire, flood, earthquakes, governmental acts or orders or restrictions, which is beyond the reasonable control of a party.
Rescheduling depends on venue availability, and Pick Pop reserves the final decision.
Before entering our venues, users must be aware of and agree to all known matters, including our house rules posted at our venues, safety guidelines and these terms and conditions.
By entering the venue, users indicate that they fully understand and accept all relevant regulations.

The venue is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur to users within the venue.
Users are responsible for their own risks when using the venue and must ensure their own safety.
Pick Pop does not take any responsibility and liability for loss or damage of any personal belongings.
Users should not litter and should return all rented balls and paddles (if any) to the designated space after use and keep the venue clean at all times, and should switch off all lights and air conditioning before leaving the venue (unless the venue remains in use by others).
Equipment and assets at the venue must not be removed from the venue. Users are responsible for keeping the equipment and assets in good condition and within the venue at all times.
Anyone who removes any equipment and asset from the venue or damages any of the items is required to bear the cost of replacement and repair of such equipment and assets.
Users shall be held responsible for any loss of equipment and/or damage done to the facilities and the premises. Pick Pop reserves the right to permanently terminate membership without refund of any membership fee, and reserve all legal rights to pursue claims and compensation for any damages caused.
