Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement

• It is the policy of Pick Pop and its venues to comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the laws of Hong Kong. We also strive to ensure compliance with the strictest standards of security and confidentiality.
• The collection, use, retention, disclosure, transfer, protection and access of any personal data collected will be subject to our Personal Information Collection Statements stated herein and complies with the laws of Hong Kong. Personal data is stored securely in our system and we will take all practicable steps to ensure that personal data is not kept longer than is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose (including any directly related purpose) for which the data is or is to be used. Only trained, authorized persons shall have access to the data, and we do not release personal data to other third parties except as set out in our Personal Information Collection Statements. Users of our venues and our website have the right to request access to and correction of their personal information in accordance with the procedure set out in our Personal Information Collection Statements.
• This Personal Information Collection Statement sets out the purposes for which the information provided by you as a user will be used following collection, what you are agreeing to with respect to our use of such information and your rights under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap 486. This statement may change from time to time, so please check back periodically. When each time you log in to this web site and use our venues, you agree to be bound by the statement in force at that time.
• Users may be asked to provide personally-identifiable information and documents including but not limited to full name, e-mail address, and copy of JoyYou Card. This is necessary to allow users to become registered users and to provide users the various services and activities offered on our web site and at our venues. You, as a user, are not obliged to supply the data, but if you do not, the services and activities will be unavailable. The IP address of the computer used to visit our web site may be recorded.

Information collected is used for the followings

• 1. processing and administering your registration and booking application, online enquiries and/or requests, and fulfilling and processing enquiries and/or requests submitted by you for any products or services offered by us;
• 2. operating and maintaining our web site, and monitoring use of our web site to help its further development;
• 3. to provide our products and services to users;
• 4. compiling aggregate statistics about our users to analyze site usage;
• 5. communicating with users in respect of matters related to or arising from the use of the services offered on this web site or at our venues;
• 6. providing information related to our venues, the products, facilities, services and other privileges, benefits and other advantages from time to time offered by us to users and rallying and arranging for the same to be provided;
• 7. evaluating and improving the facilities, services and/or products offered by us;
• 8. facilitating communications between users and us and encouraging feed-back from users on their needs and expectations of facilities, services and/or products offered by us;
• 9. in order to determine the users’ eligibility to any products, facilities, services and other privileges, benefits and other advantages offered by us and consider what may best suit users’ needs, comparing users’ personal information with all personal information concerning users previously provided to us;
• 10. Use of Information in Direct Marketing: We intend to use all information provided by you as a user including your name, contact details and all other information which may assist us to understand the goods and services which you might be interested in, for delivering the aforesaid information and conducting direct marketing including products, services, advice and subjects in relation to the followings: events, telecommunication, information technology, and reward/loyalty/privilege programmes. We may not so use the said information unless we have received your consent. Please indicate your consent to receive and for us to use such information for direct marketing purposes by checking the suitable box on our website while making applications on-line. Subject to your consent or indication of no objection, we may use your personal data for direct marketing purposes (whether via post, email, phone, SMS, or any other channels currently available or to be available in the future) in relation to the following: offers and promotions provided by us, and offers and promotions provided to you in conjunction with third-party merchants (where applicable).

• Whenever we are required to obtain your consent to the processing of your personal data under applicable law, you will be able to withdraw any consent you provide to us. We will then stop using your personal data for the purpose in respect of which you have withdrawn your consent, but we may still use, process, store and transfer your personal data for other purposes if applicable law allows us to do so. • Collected personal data will be kept confidential by Pick Pop but we may transfer or disclose such personal data to our contractors under a duty of confidentiality to us who provide administrative, telecommunications, computer, data processing or other services to us in connection with management, operation and maintenance of the system with the purpose of personal data collection.
• You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap.486. Any data access request or data correction request may be made to us at cs.pickpop@gmail.com
• Pick Pop may ask if you are willing to be filmed or recorded for marketing purposes.
• You hereby agree that, with your explicit consent, Pick Pop has the right to film or record you.
• The filmed or recorded content will only be used for marketing purposes.
• You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and request the cessation of filming or recording.
• You have the right to request any filmed or recorded content to be deleted.
• We safeguard information provided by our web site users. The IP address of the computer used to visit our web site may be recorded, and such information is used only for preparing general statistics on the usage of our web site.
• We use in-premises Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) primarily and activities are recorded by video camera to procure reasonable security in and safety of the monitored area.
• In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap 486, the relevant guidelines issued by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data in Hong Kong and other applicable laws, we expressly inform users of our venues when they are subject to CCTV surveillance, by posting notices reading "CCTV in operation" in areas of surveillance. We also place conspicuous notices at the entrance to and inside any monitored area.
• We use information obtained through CCTV monitoring for safety, security and law enforcement purposes only. We store CCTV materials and images in a secure location that can only be accessed by authorised personnel and we delete the CCTV materials as soon as practicable once the purpose of collection is fulfilled.
• We may update this Privacy Policy and Personal Information Collection Statement from time to time, and will publish its most updated version on our website. In the event of any discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.
